( Yup A Moon Poem )

The moon is mine
To say that it’s pretty
And this I say so
With a happy full tummy

From the inside of my bedroom
Where things come to view
Both arms spread to indicate:
“This much, & a little more too”

As I imagined the stars
On my curtains were true,
I had a yard of bubble pack,
Half the universe, and You.

The moon looks fine
Said so unwitty
If you don’t think so
Then you don’t have to, really

Like finding something
You didn’t even miss
Like actually Knowing
That IgnoRanCe is bliss
It’s unspecially strange
For me to give something like this
---Half the Universe---
If it were on paper that is.

The moon is not mine
To say that it’s pretty
And this I say so
With a soul quite empty.
